1.   Shuttle service, room presentation, cleanliness & facilities and helpful reception staff all good. Location a problem as we did not have a car and there are no reasonable eating places in near vicinity. Reception staff did not seem to know very much about surrounding area to guide us. Hotel is not sited in a particularly attractive part of the city and has a large amount of passing traffic. Breakfast area seems inadequate for number of rooms but food O.K. It is unlikely that we would use this property again. However we checked out at 9.00am and went downtown by bus and train they held our luggage and took us back to airport at 6.00 pm via shuttle which was most appreciated. robert joass, Australia
